1. The service

DigiGold provides digital certificates representing allocated physical gold held in tier-1 vaults.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to lawfully use financial services in your jurisdiction. Identity verification through our regulated partners is mandatory.

3. Ownership & redemption

Each certificate represents allocated gold held in your name. You may redeem at any time, subject to delivery minimums and applicable fees.

4. Fees

Trading, custody, and redemption fees are disclosed in-app prior to confirmation.

5. Risk

The price of gold can fluctuate. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
